The race will be timed by The ChampionChip Timing System. Participants will be given a Chip at packet pickup. The Chip is fastened to the ankle with a velcro strap and must be worn throughout the race to be timed and considered for awards and standings. Participants will receive swim, bike, run and transition times. Results will be posted at the race site following the race. Results will be posted at the Pleasant Prairie Triathlon and Chicago Athlete websites. Teams will be issued 1 Chip that will be transferred to each team member at the start of their event. The handoff area and procedure will be discussed at the course talks.
